Begin your aquatic escapade in Puerto Galera, a UNESCO 'Man and Biosphere Reserve' nestled in the heart of the 'Coral Triangle.' This first week, we invite you to explore over 40 dive spots within minutes from our oceanfront oasis. Immerse yourself in the vibrant underwater world, encountering seahorses, flamboyant cuttlefish, and the elusive hairy frogfish. Your days will be a kaleidoscope of marine wonders against the fascinating backdrop of Sabang Bay.
Next, we move to Dumaguete, the epicenter of Philippines' dive scene. Dive into the unique allure of muck diving, exploring the depths of Dauin's black volcanic sand. Delve into marine sanctuaries where Blue Ringed Octopus, Wonderpus, and a myriad of critters await discovery. Day trips to Apo Island and optional snorkeling with Whale Sharks in Oslob add a thrilling dimension to your underwater odyssey.
Dive deep, explore diverse seascapes, and let each underwater encounter redefine your sense of wonder. This is more than a dive vacation; it's a journey into the heart of Philippines' marine marvels.
We have hosted trips to both of these resorts over the years and we keep coming back for all the right reasons: amazing underwater critters, great dive guides, tasty food, and nice accommodations. It says a lot when people want to revisit the same resorts time and again and it also means that we have plenty of experience with travel in this region and can answer all your questions!
*We are currently aware of three things that could cause these rates to vary:
1. There are three oceanfront units available at Dumaguete and if you choose one of those, your rate will be higher
2. Another potential variation could be caused if the domestic airfare from Manila to Dumaguete changes before we are ticketed.
3. Finally, these rates are based on our group transferring together. If you arrive or depart at a time that causes you to need separate transfers from the rest of the group, your transfer rate may be higher. We can discuss this more when you book!
Optional Extras:
Single occupancy at both resorts, add $680 to package total.
Whale shark snorkel trip
Nitrox is $250 for both weeks, if paid ahead of time.
Not Included:
International Airfare
A required tourist tax in Puerto Galera of approximately $4/pp will be added to your resort bill to be paid at check out.
